Acne Free In 3 days - Personal Review

Chris Gibson's book, Acne Free In 3 Days, is an extensive, well-planned guide to treating acne, with well documented research and scientific backup.

Of course, he also goes into details about his personal experiences with acne, the various acne remedies - tried, tested and unsuccessful, so you don't have to.

What's on the Inside?

Without giving too much away, it's a step-by-step guide to detoxify your system and cure acne in 3 days - and believe it or not, he's not too far off.  It's a natural process, using no harmful chemicals or medications.  You get a food guide too, so you'll have a better understanding of what you should be putting into your stomach.  After all, diet is an important step in maintaining the health of your skin.

The other thing I liked about Chris Gibson is that he openly admits that there is only a 98% chance for complete acne removal, and it won't work for 100% of everybody, 100% of the time.

And that's true, although my skin hadn't cleared up in 3 days, I still managed to notice a difference in a relatively short period.  Clearer skin appeared after slightly over a week, with only occassional breakouts, which I think were due more to hormonal imbalance, instead of diet.

Is it Worth It?

Considering the amount of money you're likely to spend at the dermatologist, the drugstore and on cosmetics to "hide" it all away (who are we kidding?), then YES - it's worth it.

Having said that, I also believe that this program is better suited to adults over the age of 18 because it involves a heavy detoxifier, so be prepared to lose a little weight - but if that's on your agenda, what a bonus.

And you might want to stay away from apples, apples, apples, if you do decide to take the Acne Free In 3 Days route.  Just a thought.
